All the staff here were so amazing and did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible! I came into this place, for the first time in June, simply to ask for a second opinion on an implant procedure that I was seeking at a different dental practice. It was right at 5pm, and I thought they would’ve turned me away, but turns out they stay open later on some days for those who get off work at 5. How considerate! Both Alicia and Jonathon were at the front desk and were very receptive in making me feel warmly welcomed. Great customer service as they were knowledgeable in answering my questions and putting me at ease. They brought me over to Dr. Alvarado, who introduced himself, and I will not forget this and knew this place was the right place for me, as he asked me, “are you in pain?” This personal touch and genuine empathy made realize that they care and did not just see me as a transaction. I got scanned, diagnosed, and got a lot of information as a new patient. They allowed me to feel confident in making an informed decision and I left knowing it was the right decision to go with La Jolla Village Smiles instead. And thank you Alicia for proactively problem solving a last second scheduling snafu. Nothing but high praise for the staff that I have interacted with so far (Alicia, Jonathon, Dr. Alvarado, Dr. Parfitt, Dr. Hedo and Heather) as they are professional, competent and friendly. Really glad I walked into this place just to ask some questions!!
